Initial Interview
You call us, and we conduct the initial interview right then over the phone. We discuss your needs and schedule consultation.

On-site Consultation
We come to your property to brainstorm the design direction that will best suit your home. We give you design ideas and recommendations on the arrangement of the existing furniture and accessories as well as suggestions on what furniture should be removed from your home to present it your property the best possible way. The consultation fee is $500.

Personalized Staging Report
48 hours after the consultation, we supply you with your personalized written Staging Report. The Report breaks down your home by room, including a checklist of to-dos, a shopping list and any cosmetic recommendations.
